Cruikshank of Dublin, Ohio.. She is survived by: her daughter Michelle D. Cruikshank Carter (Joseph) of Poland; her granddaughters, Brittany R. Carter Perez of Glendale, AZ and Ashley Carter of Poland; her great grandchildren, Aaron, Carter and James of Glendale, AZ.; and her siblings, Reverend Ronald L. Whitlock (Eunice) of Marshall, TX. and Barbara L. Whitlock Anderson (Darrel) of Olathe, KS.. She is also survived by 4 nieces, 4 nephews, 10 great-nieces and 6 great-nephews.
