She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert L. Whitlock and Irene I. Whitlock (Knight) of Indianapolis, Indiana.; her husband Stephen E. Jones of Plainfield; and her son Bret A. Cruikshank of Dublin, Ohio.. She is survived by: her daughter Michelle D. Cruikshank Carter (Joseph) of Poland; her granddaughters, Brittany R. Carter Perez of Glendale, AZ and Ashley Carter of Poland; her great grandchildren, Aaron, Carter and James of Glendale, AZ.; and her siblings, Reverend Ronald L. Whitlock (Eunice) of Marshall, TX. and Barbara L. Whitlock Anderson (Darrel) of Olathe, KS.. She is also survived by 4 nieces, 4 nephews, 10 great-nieces and 6 great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hall-Baker Funeral Home (339 E Main St, Plainfield, IN 46168). A memorial service was held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
