In the vast expanse of eternity, David Charles shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Clay and Mabelle Laura Willoughby (Haller); and his siblings, Charlene and Paul. He is survived by: his children, Brian and Kara. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carlisle - Branson Funeral Service & Crematory (39 E High St, Mooresville, IN 46158). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
