She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Blubaugh and Mary Cook Blubaugh; her husband Virgil Shepherd; her son James Miller; and her siblings, Lorene Silk, Paul and David Blubaugh.

She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Pace (Chuck) and Carolyn Vane; her stepdaughters, Deniena Combs, Carol Godby, Laura Foreman, Jacqueline Shepherd and Lisa Lamb; her brother Marvin Blubaugh; her grandchildren, Conner, Kayla, Tyler, Shawn, Jamie, Paul and Sarah; and her great grandchildren, Memphis, David, Damon and Katrina.
