He is survived by: his wife Myrna Menges; his children, David Scoggan, Bryan Scoggan, Michelle Burdine (Rick) and Leesa Weatherford (Louis); his grandchildren, Tiffany Ng (Herb), Justin Gardner (Lauren), Jason Burdine and Stephanie Burdine; and his brother Kenny Howard. He is also survived by Six great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
