He is survived by: his wife Shirley E. Collins of Plainfield; his children, James Matthew Collins (Heidi) of Gilbert, AZ., Anne Marie Collins of Camby and Jennifer Leigh Collins of Mooresville; and his grandchildren, Jack, Colin, Grace Anderson, Michael and Alison Collins.
