We announce the death of Judy E. Williams of Plainfield, Indiana, born in Franklin, Indiana, who passed away on September 25, 2026, at the age of 74. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Ramsey and Rachel Ramsey. She is survived by: her husband John H. Williams; her stepchildren, John Williams Jr., Randy Williams (Kelly), Dawn Tryon and Michele Joiner (Mike); her children, Mark Ramsey Williams (Fernanda) and Natalie Buell (Nathan); her adoptive daughter Kelley Inca (Nick); and her siblings, Bruce Ramsey (Namreta) and Becky Weaver (Ken). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Conkle Funeral Home, Avon Chapel (76 N Avon Ave, Avon, IN 46123). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
