He is survived by: his children, Danny Appleby (Liz) and Susan Appleby; his grandchildren, Mindy Sullivan (Brett) and Ken Appleby (Leslie); and his great grandchildren, Reagan Sullivan, Daisy Appleby, Danny Appleby and Calvin Appleby.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home (106 Shaw St, Plainfield, IN 46168). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
