He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Kemp and Betty Charles Kemp; and his sister Barbara Jean. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Kemp; his daughter Sydney Kemp; his stepchildren, Corey Cash (Brittney), Chasity Harvey (James) and Heather Gonzalez (Leo); and his brother Jim Kemp (Dorothy).
