She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ayers "Doc" Nelson and Margaret B. Nelson (Bunton); her husband Ned H. Wright; and her sister Nancy Baumgart (late Ron). She is survived by: her daughters, Julie VanWanzeele (Curt), Amy Cowles (Trent), Tracy McCardle (Marc), Kathy LaRoche (Wade) and Stephanie Berens (Jeff); and her sisters, Linda Mann (Fred) and Marcia Whaley (late Dan). She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations in Carole's memory via Arbor Day Foundation's Tree in Memory program.
