He is survived by: his parents, Michael Fontaine (Robyn) and Elisa Ranieri; his son Michael III; his wife Melinda Fontaine (Nott); his children, Madison, Matthew and Meredith Fontaine; his sisters, Nicole Henry (Bradley), Candice Sherrieb (William) and Marissa Pond (Richard); his grandparents, Helen Stanley and Paulo Ranieri; his parents-in-law, Billie Cooper (Robert) and Bart Nott (Sheryl); his sister-in-law Miranda Cooper; and his grandfather-in-law Marjorie Money. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
