She is survived by: her sons, David Mathews (Donna) of Xenia, OH and Tim Mathews (Kathy) of Plainfield, IN; her daughter-in-law Sharon Mathews of Indianapolis, IN; her grandchildren, Karin, Jon, Joel, Corey, Grace and Abby; and her great grandchildren, Julian and Emery. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
