She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Gaffney; her son Rodney Gaffney; her grandson Brian Gaffney; and her parents, Elmer Kietzmann and Leota Kietzmann.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Gaffney (Mary), Mark Gaffney (Patty), Renae Clark (Chris) and James Gaffney (Lorie); her daughter-in-law Tammy Gaffney; her sister Barbara Schroeder; and her siblings-in-law, Joe Gaffney, Marilyn Coon and Mary Ann Gaffney. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church (701 E Tilden Dr, Brownsburg, IN 46112). A memorial service was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
