He was predeceased by: his mother Eleanor Oakley. He is survived by: his sons, Zachary (Alyssa) and Dallas Meade (Angelica); and his siblings, Gerald, Ed Meade, Tina Oakley and Lisa Bates. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
