He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Arthur Neal and Zona Mae Neal (Shinolt). He is survived by: his wife Carol Neal (Myers); his sons, Kevin Neal (Mary Ann) and Brian Neal; his sisters, Rita Tuck and Judy Montwheler; his grandchildren, Heather, Samantha, Abby, Rachel and Hannah; and his great grandchildren, Hallee and Aiden.
