He was predeceased by : his parents, Earl Fouty and Maudie Fouty; and his brother Larry Fouty. He is survived by : his wife Ruthi Fouty; his sons, Steve (Fayrene) and Tim Fouty (Cindy); his brother Gene Fouty; his grandchildren, Shelbi (Colt), Lindsey (Tyler) and Caleb (Rose); and his great grandchildren, Zion, Tate, Addilyn, Abel, Jett and Palmer.
