He is survived by: his daughters, Sheila Willis (Jon) of Owensboro, KY, Leslie Heshelman (Mike) of Plainville, Jodi Berry (John) of Plainville and Beth Smith (Ed) of Plainville; his grandchildren, Patrick Calhoun of Owensboro, KY, Garrett Heshelman of Odon, Lane Heshelman of Plainville, Samantha Heshelman of Plainville, Trey Smith of Plainville, Tori Smith of Plainville and Shom Berry (Cassie) of Bloomfield; his great grandchild Addison Calhoun of Owensboro, KY; and his siblings, Shirley Byrer (Randall) of Odon, Fern Fleenor (Norman) of Brownsburg, Sandra Mulvey (Charles) of Marion, KY and Marc Graber (Susie) of Odon.
The family has requested that memorial contributions be made to John 15:12.
