He was predeceased by: his father Pete Churchill; his grandparents, Sue Penley and Howard Collins; his uncle Tim Collins; and his close friend Mike Mercer.
He is survived by: his mother Dottie Collins; his nephew Elliott Scott Collins; his pet Gizmo; his brothers, Derrick Collins and DaCoda Churchill (Taylor); his cousins, Summer Collins and Brycin Justice; his grandparents, Sherry and Joe Barnes; and his aunts, Kelly Churchill and Shelley Beabout (Dave).
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Church of the Brethren (1130 N Michigan St, Plymouth, IN 46563). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Plymouth Church of the Brethren (1130 N Michigan St, Plymouth, IN 46563).
