He is survived by: his wife Sandra Causey of Plymouth; his children, Del Laidig (Jackie) of Elkhart, Matt Laidig (Beth) of Mishawaka and Shelley Johnson (Anthony) of Jacksonville, FL; his daughter-in-law Angie Laidig-Watts of Lakeville; and his grandchildren, Ava Marie Laidig, Ashley Lantz (Cody), Brittany Smith (Justin), Tiffany Gerber (Austin), Tyler Laidig (Natalie), Sarah Laidig, Brad Laidig (Jessie), Luke Laidig (Molly), Taylor Johnson (Ariana), Kylie Frazier (Chace), Gabriel Johnson, Sierra Toyens (Angel) and Elijah Johnson. He is also survived by 27 great-grandchildren.
