He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Casteel and Moley Casteel (Young); and his siblings, Ray Casteel, Clyde Casteel, Bill Casteel, Carmell Beasly, Bernice Knox, Elosie Rose, Annie Sawyer and Jame Adrine.
He is survived by: his children, Jacob Casteel (Stephany) of Plymouth and Shelly Heim of LaPaz; and his brothers, Norman Casteel (Shirley) of LaPorte, IN and Fred Casteel of Walkerton. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren.
