He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Maxwell and Allene Maxwell (Backus); and his brother Patrick Maxwell. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Ringer of Plymouth; his daughters, Michelle Banasiak (John) of Crown Point and Shannon Maxwell of California; his grandchildren, Allison Haynes (Paul) and Jack Banasiak; his great grandchild Elowen Haynes; and his brothers, Thomas Maxwell (Julie) of Arizona and Monty Maxwell of Greenwood, IN..
