She was predeceased by: her parents, William Heinen and Mary Lutgen-Heinen; and her sister Marie Heinen of Traer, Iowa.. She is survived by: her husband Robert L. Clark; her daughters, Cyndi Borys (Chester) of Plymouth, Laura Gold (Ches) of Lewisburg, TN and Dana Cummins of Tacoma, WA; and her stepchildren, Staci Casbon (Mark) of Plymouth and Anthony Clark of Warsaw. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
