He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Rowe and Erma Rowe (Cole); his wife Betty Lou McGowen; and his siblings, Helen Parker, Virginia Hepler, Harold Rowe, Junior Rowe, Betty Stump and Paul Rowe.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Rowe (Vicki) of Fishers, IN, Larry Rowe (Beverly) of Plymouth, IN, Tonya McKee (Thomas) of New Carlisle, IN and Thomas Rowe (Shar) of Lolo, MT; and his sisters, Mary Read and Wanda Colavitti. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
