He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Wade and Elizabeth Wade (Komanich); and his wife Susan Shock. He is survived by: his daughters, Julie Wade and Jennelle Wade-Daniels (Tim); his grandchildren, Justyn Wade (Cayla) and Vandalyn Daniels; his great grandchild Westyn; and his siblings, Jeannie Beam (Dan) and Al Wade (Becky).

Memorial contributions in Philip's name may be made to the Plymouth Fire Dept. 111 N. Center St. Plymouth, IN 46563.
