She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Falkowski and Natalie Falkowski (Wrobel); her husband Aloysius Wojcik; her grandson Brandon Wojcik; and her daughter-in-law Sandy Wojcik.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Wojcik (Theresa), David Wojcik (Ann), Beverly Lawson (Jeff), Karen Gibbons, Gary Wojcik (Suzie Smith), Joyce Poskin (Mike) and Erica Borys; and her siblings, Joanne Orlikowski, Pat Platt (Jerry), Barbara Navarro, Eugene Falkowski (Patty Gutowski) and Michael Falkowski (Luann). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 4 great-Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Rita's name, to St. Michael Catholic School, Plymouth Indiana or Riverbend Cancer Services, South Bend Indiana or to the Parkinsons Foundation, Miami Florida.
