He is survived by: his daughter Mamie "Geist" Ameling (Jason); his grandchildren, Amaya Ameling, Cole Ameling, Ty Ameling and Shane Ameling of Plymouth, IN; his sister Anita Kucera (David Kordecki); his aunt Sandy Geist; and his stepson Hal Browning of Milford, IN..
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Deaton-Clemens Van Gilder Funeral Home (300 W Madison St, Plymouth, IN 46563). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
