He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Shock and Betty Shock; his brother Denny Shock; his granddaughter Lexie Shock; and his great grandchild Greyson Warren.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Laurie Simboli, Kelly Blackburn (Daniel), Chad Shock, Wyatt Thomas, Melinda Cowden, Amanda Bell (Keith), Kyle Shock (Amber) and Brittany Ross; and his sister Penny Dixon. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
