He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Chmielewski and Rosann Chmielewski (Lynch). He is survived by: his children, Rachelle Stouder (Jason Pogar), Shannon Stark (Blair), Matt Reese (Jillian Mayfield) and Christopher Chmielewski (Madalynn Arnett); his grandchildren, Carter, Lauren, Kaydence, Kamden, Elliana, Parker and Elsie; his sister Wendy Booker (Stephen Thompson); and his sibling's children, Steven, Kayla, Kristen and Brandon.
