He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Burroughs and Evelyn Burroughs; his wife Mary Sue; his sisters, Connie Lowe and Mary Richey; and his siblings-in-law, Dick Richey, Herb Lowe, Loren Carswell, Del Fast, Merle Yockey and Betty Yockey.
He is survived by: his sons, Mike Burroughs (Sandy) and Jim Burroughs (Donna); his sister Susanna Carswell; his grandchildren, Amanda Richert (Dustin), Jimmy Burroughs (Tianna), Allison Garmon (Charles) and David Burroughs (Renee); his great grandchildren, Juliana Richert, Cooper Richert, Harper Burroughs, Piper Burroughs, Hanna Barham, Teagan Garmon and Ella Garmon; and his sister-in-law Peggy Fast.
