She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Lykins and Denver Lykins; her daughter Tia Bergen (Phil Strauch); and her close friend Nina. She is survived by: her children, Cindy Rodenburg (Danny), Connie Halvorson (David), Christy Sawyer (Monty), Damon Bergen (Angie), David Flannery and Darin Flannery. She is also survived by her 18 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Floral Park Funeral Center (425 N Holt Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46222). A burial will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at the Floral Park Cemetery (425 N Holt Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46222).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the GO2 Foundation for Lung Cancer (Lung Cancer Alliance), in Boston, MA, to support ongoing research and advocacy in the fight against cancer.
