She was predeceased by: her parents, Gail Keith and Dorothy Eileen Dunkle (Garrison); her husband James Boatright; her children, Kevin Boatright and Mary J. Boatright; and her grandson Jeremy Boatright.
She is survived by: her children, Trisha Eileen Stark (Todd), James E. Boatright (Diana) and Donald R. Boatright (Frank); and her siblings, Larry Dunkle, Nancy Magna (Tony) and Rita Rothermel (Dave). She is also survived by nine grandchildren: seven great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
