She was predeceased by: her parents, Taylor R. Smith and Lela Mae Smith (Stacy); and her grandson Lucas Newton. She is survived by: her children, Ruth Wyatt of Bluffton, Melody Fritz of Poneto and Lucas "Luke" Fritz (Brenda); her grandchildren, Hope Worster, Tyson Fritz (Nicole), April Newton and Casey Fritz (Meredythe); her great grandchildren, Cooper, Cohen Worster, Amelia, Asher, Kairi, Tobias, Cadence and Orion Fritz; and her sisters, Deloris Poling (Jim) of Bluffton, Clodine Bonar of Ohio and Marcella Hager.
Memorials may be made in Addie's name to the Wells County 4-H Backpack Program and can be directed to the funeral home.
