He is survived by: his wife Freda McCugh; his children, Darrin (Kim McCugh), Dina (Richard Westmoreland), Melissa McCugh, Ben (Rikki McCugh), Amanda (Danny Huskisson) and Felicia (Eric Wilk); and his sister Judi Self.
