She was predeceased by : her parents, Sigmund Mytyk and Thecla Mytyk; and her brothers, Sig Mytyk and Michael Kenneth Mytyk. She is survived by : her siblings, Evelyn Mytyk, John Mytyk (Barbara W.) and Barbara Beuke (Tom). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Carol's name may be made to Joey's Cat/Kitten Rescue (2208 Kennedy, Portage, IN, 46368).
