He is survived by : his parents, Tony Habhab (Reesee) and Kelly Habhab; his children, Karson, Kiernan and Rowan Habhab; his siblings, Johnna Pennington (Brent) and Jacob Habhab (Kristen); his nieces and nephews, Brackston, Bentley, Landon, Alivia Pennington, Kaleb, Kallee and Kynlee Habhab; his grandfather Bill Habhab; and his cousin Jillian Delph. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Chad's name may be made to his children.
