Bonta (Portage, Indiana), born in Chicago Heights, Illinois, who passed away on March 31, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Mary T. Bonta; his parents, Antonio Bonta and Irene Bonta; and his brothers, Domenic and Anthony Bonta.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Beth Bonta-Arnold (John), Dominic Bonta (LeeAnn) and Robert Bonta Jr.; his grandchildren, Michael, Savannah, Austin (Meg), Ethan (Megan) and Brandon; his great grandchildren, Carter and Tilly; and his brother Eugene Bonta (Linda). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Robert's name to Nativity of our Savior School Endowment.
