She is survived by: her close friend Kelly Donald of Portage, IN; her daughter Lindsay Bernal (Scott Putman) of Portage, IN; her brothers, Dennis Slawnikowski (Carol) of Jensen Beach, FL, Donald Slawnikowski (Kathleen) of Jensen Beach, FL and Danny Slawnikowski (Penny) of Valparaiso, IN; her grandsons, Kameron Bernal and Bobby Costino III (Patricia Gibbs); and her siblings' children, Kristy Wolfe, Kelly Slawnikowski, Nicole Piekarski, Bethany Slawnikowski and Brent Slawnikowski.
