He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Phillips and Ethel Phillips; his former wife Sandra Louise Gabor; and his daughter Andrea. He is survived by: his wife Toni Creasy; his children, Adeline "Dee Dee" Euler (Walter "Wally") and Gerald "Jerry" Phillips (Ruth); and his grandchildren, Crystal Watts (Sam), Megan Myers (Joseph "Joe"), Logan Euler, Taylor Clark (Jessica "Jessi") and Hunter Phillips. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Jerry's name are preferred to the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
