He is survived by: his wife Irene Cox (Milinovich); his children, Herbert Cox III (Melissa) of Portage, IN and Jody Cox of Portage, IN; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Anderson and Russell Rambo; his sister Shelly Turley; and his granddaughter Leia.
