We are sad to announce that on September 27, 2023, at the age of 75, Herminia Ortiz of Portage, Indiana passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Herminia Ortiz to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Rafaela Sanchez and Santana Vallejo Sanchez; and her sister Maria Esther Alvarez. She is survived by : her husband Ruben Ortiz; her children, Evelyn Ortiz-Davis (Michael), Ruben Ortiz II (Maureen) and Vicky Phillips (Matthew); and her brother Felix Vallejo (Maria). She is also survived by six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Ortiz Family.
