He was predeceased by : his mother Ardith DeYoung. He is survived by : his father Albert DeYoung of Crown Point, IN; his wife Susan DeYoung of Portage, IN; his daughters, Dianna DeYoung of Wheatfield, IN and Elizabeth Bartley (Christopher) of Chicago, IL; his granddaughter Margeaux Bartley; and his siblings, Andy DeYoung (Jen) of Munford, TN, Nathan DeYoung (Janelle) of Hebron, IN, Matthew DeYoung of Crown Point, IN and Kathy Huls (Jack) of Crown Point, IN. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
