She is survived by: her parents, Thomas Balcerak and Jan Balcerak; her stepparents, Michael Marion and Denise Balcerak of LaPorte; and her siblings, Nicole Balcerak of New Carlisle, Indiana, Thomas of Valparaiso and Brian Balcerak of LaPorte, Indiana.. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Memorial gifts may be made to the Hobart Humane Society in lieu of flowers.
