She is survived by : her son Erick Hartley (Jill) of North Carolina; her stepdaughter Pam Cox; her grandchildren, Landree, Annistyn, Elleson Hartley, Duncan Jentzsch and Jacob Cox; and her siblings, John Kulanko of Colorado Springs, CO, Sharon Moke of Crown Point, IN and Mary Kulanko of Crown Point, IN..
