She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Rabe and Margaret Rabe; her husband Robert Pecher; her grandson Christian Robert Ballard; and her siblings, William Rabe, Edward Rabe, Robert Rabe and Delores Renich.
She is survived by: her children, Bryan Pecher, Kim Donnelly, Bruce Pecher and Melanie Ballard (Charles); and her sister Margaret Brogan (James). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren, many loving nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.
