It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard A. Waugh of Portage, Indiana, who passed away on July 12, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard E. Waugh and Wanda Waugh (Edwards). He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Waugh (Skratsky); his children, Heather Waugh of Raleigh, NC, Stephanie Stewart (Jeremy) of Portage and Nathan Waugh of Portage; and his brother Timothy Waugh of Valparaiso.
