Mills Jr. and Julie Mills; his granddaughter Sarah Collins; his brothers, Edward Mills (Lois), Roger Mills (Sandy) and Jimmy Mills; and his friend Judy Mills-James. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other loving family members and friends.
