He was predeceased by: his mother Luellen Woloszyn. He is survived by: his daughters, Crystal Edwards (Austin) and Tiffany Jamison (Michael); his father Stanley Woloszyn; his brothers, Jeff Woloszyn and Rick Woloszyn (Kelly); and the mother of his children Cindy Woloszyn.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Stardust Bowl (3925 E Lincoln Hwy, Merrillville, IN 46410).
