He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Carlson and Bertha Carlson (Bohl); his sisters, Donna (Jim Tyndall) and Judith (Rick Knight); and his nephew-in-law Rick Jefferson.
He is survived by: his wife Sally Carlson of Portland; his nieces, Lora Jefferson, Jeana Clayton (David) and Sheila Tyndall; and his great-niece Kenzie Clayton.
