He is survived by: his wife Shirley Mann; his children, Randy Mann (Tami) and Tracy Winn; his sister-in-law Jerri Jones; and his grandchildren, Justin Mann, Brittany Mann, Josh Mann, Trisha McEwen, Derek Barnett and Shira Winn.
