He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Garland Duncan and Ruth Duncan (Woods); his wife Charlene Yaney; his children, Shawn Duncan of Portland, Billy Duncan (Molly) of Denver, CO. and Edith Teegarden (Aaron) of Ridgeville; and his siblings, Buford, Stanley, Perry Duncan, Ruth Ann Newton, Linda Case, Lois Cruze, Brenda Guffey, Larry Duncan and Willie Mae Rowland.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Baird-Freeman Funeral Home (221 N S Meridian St, Portland, IN 47371). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials can be made to Fairview United Methodist Church or St. Judes Children's Hospital.
