She is survived by: her husband Keith Waters; her father Charles Tow Sr.; her stepfather William Miller; her children, Brittany Turner (Jeffrey), Annalea Payne (Scott Wade), Shelbyville, IndianaCrystal Waters, Muncie, IndianaAshley Chrysler (Nick), IllinoisShannon Cornell, Mickey Waters and Matthew Waters; and her siblings, Charles Tow Jr. (Rebecca), Richard Tow (Ashley) and Cindy Clark. She is also survived by Several Grandchildren, Nieces, and Nephews.
